XTEND BARRE
Our signature Xtend Barre class incorporates elements of dance, ballet and Pilates to create an adrenaline-fueled workout that strengthens, lengthens and chisels the body. Each class features an elegant yet energetic combination of movements that enhance flexibility, improve balance, and challenge the core. No prior Pilates experience or dance training required. Just be ready to sweat
XTEND STICK
This class utilizes a Pilates stick with spring based resistance that is attached to the ballet barre. Like Xtend Barre, Stick has both an upper and lower body strength focus, plus cardio elements, but further challenges your core, balance and control due to the instability of the resistance.
XTEND SWEAT
Our shortest and sweatiest workout! A 40 minute express class designed to be our most intense class yet. The class utilizes a scientific formula that has been proven to burn a significant amount of calories in a short amount of time. Based on the principles of high intensity interval training, we've created our own sequencing to take this class to the barre and beyond. Running shoes can be worn for this class.
MUMS&BUBS BARRE
Designed to rebuild the postnatal body, our Mums & Bubs class offers you a supportive return to exercise after having your baby. Our skilled instructors will make modifications to our class to ensure your body is gently and gradually challenged. Babies can be worn in a carrier for this class.

YOGA FLOW
Our vinyasa yoga classes integrate eastern and western knowledge and cultivate harmonious union in the body and mind. Performing vinyasa (fluid sequential movement), asanas (postures), pranayama (breathing) and meditation, you will improve your control, endurance, strength and flexibility and find union in your body.
ROLL&RELEASE
This session will incorporate gentle yoga poses and breathwork with self-myofascial release techniques (self-massage) using Yoga Tune Up therapy balls. Guided by a certified Roll Model ® Method practitioner, self -myofascial release has been shown to enhance mobility, relieve muscle pain, improve posture and performance, and reduce stress.
*While generally suitable for all levels of experience, this session is not suitable for students with Osteoporosis. If you are pregnant, please consult your medical professional before pursuing Roll Model Method techniques.
MAT PILATES
Mat Pilates offers a safe and effective low-impact workout, utilising small equipment under the guidance of a trained and skilled Pilates qualified instructor. For every strength and fitness level, this class will tone, lengthen and strengthen the whole body and get your muscles firing (especially in the core and glutes!).
REFORMER PILATES
Using the Pilates Reformer, these small group classes give you an intense and dynamic Pilates workout, adding resistance with the use of springs. With a variety of exercises, this class is ideal for toning muscles, increasing stability through the joints, improving posture and flexibility, and providing a full body workout. Suitable for all ages and fitness levels
INTERMEDIATE REFORMER PILATES
This class aims to introduce and practice more challenging reformer exercises. Building upon existing repertoire taking it to the next level. Not suitable for pre/post natal clients or those with acute injuries.
DANCE CARDIO
NO DANCE EXPERIENCE REQUIRED! Just be ready to move, sweat, and have fun! Dance like no one’s watching in this super fun, sweat inducing, calorie burning workout! Lift your heart rate and learn easy-to-follow dance routines in this 45 minute cardio class, that'll leave your whole body sculpted, sweaty and smiling! Open to all levels. Please wear running shoes.
