Hanorah has always been fascinated by the art of dance and the innate connection between movement, mind, and body. Having a background in various dance forms, she has a deep understanding of how movement can be used to improve both physical and mental well-being. Hanorah holds a Diploma in Professional Pilates Instruction (PITC) and is a certified Xtend Barre Instructor.
Hanorah understands the importance of balance and self-care, empowering individuals to foster positive lifestyles through movement. Her commitment to her practice is evident in the way she works with clients to develop their skills, improve their posture, and gain flexibility and strength.
Hanorah first came to an Xtend Barre class in 2017 and soon after made Barre a regular part of her week. The studio is home to such a lovely community of members, being a part of it is an absolute joy!

In 2010 travelled to London, New York and Vancouver to learn from leading international practitioners. Returned back to Brisbane and set up her own studio in 2011 which she ran for 6 years, teaching Mat & Studio Pilates classes as well as Xtend Barre classes.
Sophie has completed a range of courses including: “Pink Ribbon Program” a pilates based recovery program for breast cancer survivors to help regain mobility and improve quality of life (2010)
“Buff Bones” a medically-endorsed system of movement for bone and joint health (2016). Over the years Sophie has enjoyed teaching Pilates to a broad spectrum of the community.

Louise is a Diploma level qualified Pilates instructor through PITC who is passionate about teaching functional movement which helps clients in their day to day life In her classes she aims to create a fun and supportive environment. She has over 1000 hours of teaching experience across group (mat, reformer, barre) and studio (Cadilliac, Wunda Chair, barrels) classes. She enjoys teaching a wide variety of people and helping them move with their various body specifications. She has recently completed additional Wunda Chair training with Blossom Leilani Crawford.
She is experienced teaching clients with spinal fusions, recovering disc pathologies, pre & postnatal, osteoporosis, scoliosis, post acute injury and surgery. She was a dance teacher for many years specialising in ballet in younger age groups and has completed her RAD Ballet Vocational syllabus (Primary – Advanced 1).

Meka became a Polestar Pilates Mat instructor in 2014. This allows her to combine her twin passions for teaching and movement. In 2023, she furthered her Pilates knowledge by completing her Polestar Studio course, deepening her awareness of movement by utilising an array of Pilates equipment.
She loves to see the transformative effect that prolonged exposure to Pilates can have on clients who come to her class.
Emily is a Certified Xtend Barre and Pilates Instructor, with training and qualifications in Dance and Musical Theatre. She loves the full body workout that barre provides, and loves bringing high energy and fun dance moves to her classes! When she is not at the barre, she is working in Kids’ Entertainment, hosting speed dating events, and cross stitching with her fluffy ragdoll cat, Sophie.

Niamh has been part of our studio community since 2016. If you have been to her classes, you’ll know she loves adding in a good super long Chair Plie. She is currently working full time as a Physiotherapist and loving it, and still returns to teach Xtend Barre classes when she can.

Andrea has been an instructor at our studio since 2016 and loves the fun, challenge and community she finds at form&flow.

beautiful ancient practice of yoga and here Emma realised her desire to study and become a qualified yoga
teacher.
In February 2015, Emma completed her Level One yoga teacher training (300 hours) under the guidance of
Carrie-Anne Fields, owner My Health Yoga, Brisbane. Emma has since completed her Level Two yoga teacher
training, Yin Yoga training and over 100 hours of Meditation and Mindfulness training. In November 2022, Emma
embarked on her Comprehensive Pilates teacher training with Carla Mullins, owner of Body Organics, Brisbane.
A current corporate executive and former elite rower, Emma understands the need to and is committed to
nurturing one’s body, mind and spirit through the regular practice of yoga and Pilates, advocating the numerous
benefits both on and off the mat. Emma loves teaching numerous styles of yoga, Pilates mat and Pilates
reformer and believes we are always the student.

Anna first fell in love with yoga as a teenager and continued to practise on and off as she moved onto university. After completing her Bachelor of Business and Arts at QUT, Anna worked for several years in tertiary education. After becoming a parent, Anna became more dedicated in her yoga practice, and it was after the birth of her seco
Anna first fell in love with yoga as a teenager and continued to practise on and off as she moved onto university. After completing her Bachelor of Business and Arts at QUT, Anna worked for several years in tertiary education. After becoming a parent, Anna became more dedicated in her yoga practice, and it was after the birth of her second child she decided to follow her passion for yoga. She spent several years studying and practising yoga and qualified as a Yoga Teacher in 2016. Anna has been a proud member of the form&flow community since 2016 and loves the way barre and pilates compliment yoga. Her approach to yoga is a balanced one – her classes are programmed to facilitate relaxation, but also build strength and flexibility.
Nicole is a Vinyasa yoga teacher and is also certified in the Roll Model ® Method, an approach promoting evidence-based self-myofascial release (self- massage). Nicole enjoys creating a space where individuals can feel empowered throughout their practice by connecting breath, movement, and mindset to feel strong, grounded, and move well

Nicole has a background in music and postgraduate qualifications in Social Work. As someone with an interest in the human condition, she is passionate about living well and helping others to achieve optimal states of wellbeing.
